Educational Qualification He earned a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Management Science from Bharathidasan University in Tamil Nadu, India, with a concentration in "Mathematical Models for Financial Decision Making." An M.Sc. in Applied Mathematics [Secured University First Rank] with a specialization in Decision Sciences from Bishop Heber College, India, and a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics with a specialization in "Manpower Flow Models" from the University of Bharathidasan in Tamil Nadu, India, comprise his academic credentials. He received the degree Master of Philosophy in Management Studies from Madurai Kamaraj University in India and the obtained the Management Studies degree from National Institute of Technology in Tiruchirappalli. Also, he holds the Postgraduate Diploma Program in Operations Research degree from Pondicherry University. Academic Experience Dr P. Mariappan possesses a dual Ph.D., in Mathematics and Management Science. With a wealth of teaching experience spanning 38 years, he has been a Professor of applied mathematics, statistics, and business administration in both India and the UAE for three years [2004-07]. Currently he is working as an Associate Professor and Area Chair Supply Chain Management and Chair Academic Tie-Ups and International Relations, St. Joseph’s Institute of Management, St. Joseph’s College, Trichy, since 2022.
